Double room (11' 7" x 10' 2") Located in Brownhills West, within walking distance to Brownhills and Chasewater. Cannock is only 5 miles away with Cannock Train Station.

Live in landlord. Me (Beth) and my partner Luke, will be living in the house too.

The bedroom comes furnished with an Ikea king-size bed, a 2 door wardrobe and a computer desk and desk chair. There is also a wall mount ready for a TV. However, no TV is supplied.

There is one main bathroom upstairs with a shower and bath, and a downstairs toilet, however, these will both be communal. There is also bathroom storage for you in the main bathroom upstairs.

The tenant will have full access to the Living room and Kitchen/Diner which have both been recently renovated and again will both be communal. Oven/hob/microwave/washing machine included. Cupboard/draw space for utensils and plates etc.

We have a garden with furniture which is available for you to use. You're welcome to plant/garden if that's something you're interested in.

There is a clothes dryer in the outdoor shed, but will also be planning an outdoor washing line soon as the weather is nicer.

ALL INCLUSIVE RENT - No need to worry about bills, gas, electricity, water, council tax and wifi will all be paid for, for one price per calendar month. You just need to sort your own food and toiletries out etc.

There is parking behind the back of the house, but you will need to enter through the garage, or parking out the front is across the road.

Must be okay with pets, as we have cats in the home. They are no problem at all, and will mostly keep our of your way.

If any of the furnishings in the room that are unwanted, they can be easily moved out if needed.
