The house has two bathrooms/toilets.

The top photos are for the large double room (£120 per week), which is currently available, and a few for a single room (£95 per week). Available from 21st April. The large room has a king-size bed, many cupboards, and wardrobe space across two walls. It overlooks the garden.

The single room has only a single bed and little space, as most of the space has been taken by the wall-to-wall built-in wardrobe, which has ample storage space to compensate for the limited space. The single room is ideal for Monday to Friday and short lets for someone who doesn't need much walking space (though with plenty of compensatory storage space).

The house is in a   quiet cul-de-sac close to the local park (Reedswood), the motorway network,   and local shops (Sainsbury's is about 13 minutes' walk).   It's less than a   minute's walk to bus stops. It's close enough to Walsall Manor Hospital too.

  Two references   (work and personal),   as well as a   photo   ID,   are taken, and a lodger agreement will be signed by both parties.
