Please send us a message on booking if you require use of the travel cot so we can ensure sufficient provision of linens.
Upon booking we will request your contact details. You will be required to sign a rental agreement that governs the terms of the stay, to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID for the lead booker and a matching payment card for the £200 damage deposit. This will be authorised before check-in and released after check-out once the property has been checked.
Please be aware that check-in instructions may be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification processes. The information is collected for screening and verification only and isn't stored.
A Ring doorbell is in situ outside the property & a noise monitor (records decibels not conversations) solely for security purposes.
