No couples, sorry. I will try and get better pictures up as the current ones don’t do justice. The rooms are large doubles, defo a must-see!

I have just bought a brand new luxury 4-bed house a few minutes walk from Hackbridge railway station (25 mins into central Victoria or Blackfriars - London) in a quiet development.

There is a private garden for all tenants to share, and a gardener will tend to the grass which is included in the price.

Uber, Uber Eats and Deilveroo etc all deliver to the door.

There are tons of green space areas around and lots of shops, with Croydon a short bus ride with cinema, Ikea, PC world etc. The River Wandle is close by and lots of walking/biking tracks around.

There is one parking space available which can be rented separately for £50 a month which is the private driveway right outside the house. GONE
