We have a double room to rent in a quiet, clean and friendly flat.
The reduced fee is now offered for long term stays (from 6 months).
All furniture in the room is either brand new or in great condition: double bed and mattress, large wardrobe with mirror, bedside tables, built-in cupboard, TV stand and desk.

We are all busy professionals. Please no party lovers or late night working people.
The property is very warm, quiet and clean.
All kitchen appliances including dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle are provided, incl cleaning agents, toiletries.
Washing machine, fridge freezer, and electric cooker/oven are fully available for use. Fastest internet is included in rent as well as all other bills.
There is a beautiful park with free tennis courts in, where we often spend time on sunny warm days.
Also Co-op, Tesco, off license shops, pubs and restaurants within minutes from the flat. Dental and medical centers are 7 min by walk.
Parking only with permits, we will help with this if required. One free parking permit is available from May.
Train stations Metropolitan and Piccadilly are just 2-3 min away and Central line is 8 min away by walk. Bus stops are just opposite the flat. Uxbridge shopping center is 5 min by train and Brunel University is also close by bus.

Please note, that most of the furniture belongs to the current tenants incl TV and piano. You will be provided with essential furniture (normally from Ikea). If you do not require any furniture please let me know.
