On the edge of a 2 acre mature woodland, with decking area catching the morning sun, and next to 2 pools with waterfalls and fountains (can be floodlit at night) as well as bird feeders and constant birdsong.

Although there are two neighbouring properties,
much of the time, you will hear very little or nothing from either of them. Neither they or the other caravan (for occasional holiday lets) overlook you. Along the border fence, there is 2 metre high screening for complete privacy.

Access to the 2 acre woodland with 5 pools, 13 benches, streams and waterfalls.

Hear the waterfalls, wind in the trees, birdsong & rain...

Small inside fridge with tiny freezer. Behind caravan is an optional full-size fridge/freezer.

4 Gas rings, grill & oven. Microwave. Toaster. Good quality crockery and cutlery.
