Room in a Shared House, Crane Road, TW2

I am a professional single parent with two young people aged 21 years and 17 years old. My son is currently at university and home during the holidays.

We also have a cat. We are looking for a student who is tidy and cleans up after themselves.

We live in a Victorian terraced house in a beautiful part of Twickenham.  15 minutes walking distance from the St Mary's Twickenham campus and a bus ride to the Teddington campus. River Thames and River Crane are close by.

The room available is a bright double bedroom at the back of the house with storage space in a wardrobe, bureau desk and shelving.

We have a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. You will have your bedroom and share the bathroom, kitchen, and dining room in the conservatory with a TV. We also have a lovely garden table used well on dry days.

The house is 5 mins from Bus stops, a short walk to train stations, colleges, parks, gyms and historical buildings.

The price also includes toilet rolls, cleaning products and our super fast broadband.

MON to FRI is also available.

Additional Cleaning fee required.

Contribution to Council Tax Band E if you are not a full-time student.
