I am currently searching for a new house mate to rent a room in my new build apartment on the edge of Brixton.
I have a sizeable double room which comes fully furnished with all brand new furniture. Including: A double ottoman bed, full length mirrored wardrobe, chest of draws and a 32" Samsung TV.
The flat is in a gated community which in the coming month will be completed to having a communal garden with a BBQ area. The room is a large 2 bedroom, very spacious and full of light. Large open plan living room with dining area and a brand new full fitted kitchen and big out door balcony area. Everything has been done to an extremely high spec and all of the furniture is brand new.
All the neighbors in the building are new to the building as well, all being between the ages of 25 - 40.
Its very well connected to London, situated a 5 - 10 min walk from Tulse Hill station which connects you directly to London Bridge, Blackfriars and Farringdon. A short bus ride will take you to the heart of Brixton where you can get the Victoria line to Victoria station and the west end. The surrounding areas include Clapham, West Dulwich and Streatham. Brockwell Park is a short walk away. The area boast a huge selection of bars, pubs, restaurants, cinemas and supermarkets. There is also on street parking if you have a car.
Couples will be considered at £1000 plus bills and a single person £800 plus bills.
