My house is available to someone who wants quiet, convenient accommodation in Cambridge. The house has many lovely features, like sash windows, original wooden floors, wooden panelling and a skylit kitchen. The house is warm in winter (gas central heating) and cool in summer. The garden has trees and climbers which makes it peaceful. There are two good-sized bedrooms, a living room and a dining room. The street is friendly, there is neighbourhood watch and people help each other out through an active street Whatsapp-group. I'm renting because of work. The house is suitable for a single person or couple, perhaps with one young child as there is a second bedroom with a single bed. There are many books and a library desk for anyone who wants to work from home. It is accessible to Cambridge city centre and railway station by bike in 10 mins, and only 5 mins in the car.
