This is a shared 2 bedroom house near the centre of Tring.  Two miles from Tring Station with regular trains into Euston.  There are good bus services linking most of Hertfordshire and beyond.  The house is shared with the owner and there are two well behaved dogs living there.  Other dogs are frequent visitors.  The double room is large, sunny and comfortable with desk, bed and shelving provided.  There's room to bring in more furniture if you want.  The bathroom is shared with one other and there is a separate downstairs toilet and laundry.  The house has been recently completely refurbished and is warm, comfortable and cosy with modern decor.  

The bills are all included in the rent.A cleaner comes fortnightly to clean the whole house.  You will be expected to keep your own room in reasonable order, cook and clean up for yourself and to co-operate in using the kitchen, bathroom, living room and waste disposal.  LGBTQ+ tenants especially welcome.

The house has a drive with space for two cars and there is ample free parking available on the street.  There is a shared back garden.
