The property is situated within an easy walk or bike ride to Tring station, where there are fast trains (35 Mins) to London Euston and also northward to Milton Keynes or Birmingham.
It is a two minute walk away from several parks, and only a five minute walk away from huge parkland areas.
The M25 or M1 motorways are 10 minutes drive away, at junction 20 / 7 respectively.
Heathrow is around 40 minutes drive and Luton airport is the nearest at around 30 mins. Gatwick, 80 minutes & Stansted an hour in decent traffic.
There are lots of lovely independent shops on the high street, along with an M&S food hall, and a Tesco 10 mins walk away.

Tring is a 900-year-old thriving market town famous for it’s the National History Zoological Museum which is two minutes up the street. The Grand UnionCanal just a 2-mile drive away and there are numerous lovely pubs and restaurants.
