2 Bed Detached House, Moat Hill, TQ9

We are offering a short-term (6 to 7 month) rental on our detached stone 2-bed cottage. It's in a pretty and peaceful location on the southern edge of Totnes, less than 10 minutes walk to the town centre and close to the river and lovely country walks and scenery. There is a small but sunny and private garden and some street parking nearby. The cottage has gas central heating and a wood burner in the lounge. There is a double bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have lovely views over Totnes and beyond. The house has been recently decorated and comes fully equipped so all you would need to bring is bedding and towels. 

It is available between 13th September 2023 and mid April 2024, but we are happy to rent it for just 6 months any time between these dates. The rent is £1,000pcm plus bills on top of this which are £400pcm (based on today's fuel prices), and a £1,000 refundable deposit. We are looking for someone who is specifically looking for a short term rent. It would suit a couple, two sharers or a single person.
