On street unlimited parking, access to large garden, access to full sized snooker table, table football, dartboard in the conservatory.
Kitchen, American fridge, dining room, spacious lounge with open fire.
Would suit working single person.
Close to Torbay Hospital and The Willows Shops.
References will be needed along with 1 weeks rent (£130) in advance.
Smokers allowed - in conservatory and outside only.
No pets.
 Short term let of 3 months considered. Deposit will secure your tenancy even if it is 4-6 weeks in advance.
Room will be ready from 15th June 2021.
