Note re decorations etc: This is in medium to good decorative condition (kitchen and bathroom are very good) and is offered at the rental level indicated "as is" at well below the market level which would apply for a freshly redecorated house and offers incoming tenants an opportunity to save on rent and, over time, to apply their diy skills if they have them to decorate according to their taste (subject to agreement with landlords on colours etc). An alternative option of complete redecoration is possible but the full market rent of £1400 to £1500 would apply and move-in date would be about one month later. The choice is yours!
