Room in a Shared House, Lowther Avenue, WA15

I live here with my lodger Yolanda, i have owned the house for 15 years. It's a quiet house in a quiet cul-de-sac very near to Timperley village centre. The tram stop is 15 minutes walk away, and Altrincham town centre is 10 minutes walk...
The room is a double that shares a bathroom with Yolanda. my 20 year old son is at uni and stays the odd night once or twice a week but you will rarely see him, he comes home to work in the local pub then stays in his room and goes back to uni the following day., he uses my en-suite to shower.
There is also a downstairs toilet in the laundry room.
I have a lounge with patio doors to the back garden where I hang my washing, the kitchen/diner has patio doors to another garden which is where we get most of the sun.
There is a drive for my car but as it's a cul-de-sac there is parking on the road outside my house. There are the grounds of a rather large house opposite, it has trees in the grounds so no-one can see into my property.
I'm looking for someone who has a job in an office - not working from home, easy going, likes a quiet life.
I'm at the gym 4 evenings a week, so you can view between 5:10 and 5:45, I don't like to miss my classes, i'm back at 8pm, so you can view then also, weekends are good for viewing too.
