Room to rent in a flat share, the room has a wardrobe but nothing else as other tenant has moved out and taken all there furniture with them so we are looking for a new tenant to take over the room. It is a double room can fit a king size bed in there, will have to share the bathroom kitchen and living room with other tenant who is a male aged 53 who is clean and presentable. The bills will be included in the rent which is good there will be internet in the property so the bills and rent together will be £450 a month which includes tv licence rent council tax, water internet gas and electric. That is really a good price for the area it is in cleveleys the high street and beach are within 5 minute walk and the tram stops to fleetwood ferry and to star gate within a 2 minute walk there are bus routes to Blackpool Preston fleetwood and st Anne’s all within walking distance.
