Room in a Shared House, Speedwell Close, IP24

I have a double bedroom with your own bathroom to rent in Thetford on the cloverfields Estate.  It is a beautiful modern house with a beautiful garden with a hot tub that your welcome to use. Off road parking for 2/3 cars. The price includes all your bill including Internet.  I have a garage where I am planning to make an exercise area which you are welcome to use. I also have a bicycle that you are welcome to use. I have a dishwasher and a tumble dryer as well as the normal white goods. The kitchen and lounge are to share with myself. The 3rd bedroom I am not renting out so it will be just the two of us. I do have 3 sausage dogs that a house trained and very lovable so you must be a dog lover. I am looking for a professional lady in full-time employment.  I do work nights so I need someone to be a bit mindful that I will be sleeping during the day. I don't have any photos at this time because I pick up the keys to the house on the 1st of June. I ask for the tenant to please clean up after yourself in all areas of the house and garden.  You are welcome to bring your own bed. A depositand a months rent is required also references. The detached house is in a close so there isn't any traffic passing by.
