Two adjacent double rooms are offered for rent.  The occupants of these rooms will share a bathroom (bath, shower, toilet, basin).  To allow for a sense of independence, a ground floor bedroom has been converted into a lounge, for the exclusive use of tenants, allowing for reception of guests without interrupting normal flow of day to day living.  There is also a separate kitchenette, which adds to independence and privacy.
A small garden is available for unrestricted use. A garage for one car and on street (cul de sac) parking.
The ideal tenants will be neat and take responsibility for the general cleanliness of the areas that they occupy and utilise.
The accommodation would be more suited to mature or very laid back tenants, as this cannot be described as a "party" household. it will be friendly and considerate however.
There is a small dog at the premises.
