The house is being let unfurnished with no white goods. There are however a few pieces of furniture which are too large to move and for the use of tenants – a dresser and a large table in the kitchen, 2 bookcases in the sitting room, and a linen cupboard on the top landing.
Accessibility
Car parking next to front door. Wheelchair access easy, but no bedrooms available on ground floor. Staircase is wide and easy to navigate however.

The house is set amongst its gardens and woodland. The gardens consist of a south facing terrace, 2 lawns and a games field.
There is also wild wooded garden with a pond.
Travel
This is a rural area and a car is essential to get around. The closest stations are at Taunton (19 miles) and Tiverton Parkway (13 miles) – both with direct trains to London Paddington in 2 hours.
