Bedroom 3 is for those on a budget who don't have many personal items. It is a medium-sized double bedroom on the ground floor at the back of the property. The room has an en-suite bathroom, a large double mirrored wardrobe, a 37" Smart TV, and a desk and chair, which are available now. £680pm

Every bedroom has its own en-suite (bathroom & shower)
Four bedrooms with en-suites also have a mini kitchenette, which includes a mini fridge, freezer and worktop space.
The property has business-grade fibre optic broadband, an intelligent wireless router, multiple access points, Ethernet ports, and USB connections.
We fitted designer furniture, including luxury beds with orthopaedic mattresses. We also fitted mirror wardrobes and work desks with chairs in every room.

Free off-street parking.
