The kitchen is very spacious and has clean and fully functioning appliances including a brand new dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, waste disposal unit, 

All bills are included in the rent

There are two medium sized rooms to choose from and a family sized bathroom left specifically for the tenants. The house is deep cleaned twice weekly on a Wednesday and a Sunday. 

There is plenty of storage for items in the loft and garage. 

There are three fridge/freezers (1 integrated and 2 large American) so the Tennant will be able to have sole access to a fridge.

This rental would be suitable for a local professional.

The outside areas are protected by Ring CCTV and the inside is protected by sophisticated Nest smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. 

The heating temperature can be controlled by the Tennant from an app and set to a specific temperature of choice.

The landlord is a qualified plumber and electrician so maintenance of the priority is always on point.
