Albion Street is a lovely houseshare close to The Outlet Village Shopping Centre. It is a short walk from the town centre and Swindon Railway Station. It is also close to Old Town. If you want to live in the best part of Swindon, you must come and look at this house. It was recently built and has had an incredible refurbishment, with a great thought process around people sharing. 

What rooms are available now? 

- Bedroom 4 is a great-sized double bedroom on the first floor, also available. The room has a desk (solid oak) and chair, plenty of storage space, ethernet ports for the gamers, a large SMART TV, storage under the bed, and a large window to let the light in.

Every bedroom has its own en-suite (bathroom & shower).

Business-grade fibre optic broadband with a dual wireless router provides seamless internet access. Ethernet ports and USB connections are available in every room, including your TV and a port by your desk.

Designer furniture, including luxury beds with orthopaedic mattresses. We fitted mirror wardrobes and solid oak work desks with chairs in every room.

All bills include gas, electricity, council tax, broadband, TV licence, and water.

There is free off-street parking, and you can get a parking permit from the council if they are available. There are good bus routes. The bus stop is an 8-minute walk from the house. The house is also close to the Town Centre and Swindon train station.

Complete tenant-controlled heating system. It is always warm in our houses.

52” Smart TV with Netflix in the communal area. Every bedroom has its own 44” Smart TV.

Blenders, mixers - every cooking utensil a chef would ever need. The kitchen also has three large fridge freezers, a double oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher.

If you wish, a cleaner will clean all the communal areas and your bedroom once a week. We also have a laundry and ironing service.
