-The bus stop is exactly in front of the house. the city center is 10 minutes away by walking and the university distance is 10 mins by bus.
-Sainsbury's is next to the building and Lidl is 10 minutes away.
The contract is for 10 months which can be changed to a year.
The contract will be signed in the office of Crown Place so it is 100% safe.
The crown place contracts can be signed as 3 installment payments or paying the whole price for 10 months upfront, which the first option needs a guarantor.
