I have a double bedroom available for rent in a modern 2-bedroom apartment featuring an open living space, kitchen, balcony, and a shared bathroom. Currently, it's unfurnished, but furnishings can be provided upon the tenant's request.

There's a secured electric parking space available.

You'll be sharing the apartment with me, but I work shifts and have unsociable hours, so I'm often in and out. Most of the time, you'll have the space to yourself!

I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy, but apart from that, I'm easy-going, down to earth.

For commuting to London:

Nearest station is Swanscombe, a 10-minute walk, with a 50-minute journey to London Bridge.

Alternatively, there's a short bus ride to Ebbsfleet Station (approximately 10 minutes), providing access to the High-Speed train (HS2) to Stratford International (approximately 10 minutes) and London St Pancras (approximately 20 minutes).
