We have a lovely double room (just renovated)to rent soon next door to the bathroom. On occasion this will be shared but we have an extra bathroom upstairs. You have access & space in the kitchen, & use of the washing machine & dryer. You can order an amazing meals once a week by our top chef, have access to our ponies, big garden and teas, coffees, WiFi, and tv. & fridge freezer in room. You can chill at the front or behind gardens. Plenty of parking space & gated for safety.
NB we are a family so we are not that quiet.
Deposit depends on how long you are staying.
If you are long term then deposit is 1 month and I will want references.

1 RESTAURANT QUALITY MEAL A WEEK amazing chef & choices

ACCESS TO ANIMALS 3 therapy ponies, 1 therapy dog. 2 cats
TV. Internet, double bed, triple wardrobe, fridge freezer, side tables, chest of drawers all in your double room.
SPACE Outdoor greenery front & back with stables & fields - to come & go & relax as you please (even volunteer to look after ponies)

FREE UTILITY BILLS - Water rates, electricity and gas bills are all paid by us (subject to average use age)

WASHING MACHINE - subject to fair & average use once per week.

FREE COUNCIL TAX - While the property is banded per house the council tax will be covered under your rent.

FREE CLEANING - This is always limited to a general communal clean to keep the house to a good standard. You are responsible for cleaning your room but if you would like your room cleaning please discuss
