The kitchen is fully kitted and there is a dining space with table off from the kitchen. You have access to all kitchen utensils, cooking pans and plates and cupboard and fridge space for yourself.. There is a cleaning rota and all must do the share of cleaning. Good storage.

There is a utility room with a washing machine and dryer for your laundry. Access to a shared garden. 

Deposit £700 and £750 Rent for the double room. 

Bills included. No couple, looking for a single professional female as a all female household. 

The rent includes utilities, council tax, internet. TV license will need to be purchased by the tenant.

Payment per month should be paid on the last Friday of each month.
