We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible with ring video door bell for added security.
THE HOUSE
The large stylish kitchen has fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine and normal facilities.
Every tenant has there own storage area for dry and wet goods accordingly. There is a dry soon dryer for use in each room.
All bills are included in the rent along with high speed WIFI and internet connection. On street parking is available .
The garden is a great place to meditate with the sound of the waterfall and nature. There is a used. There is use of a washing machine and normal kitchen amenities.
LOCATION
There are plenty of local amenities most of which are award winning which including, Post Office, Chinese/Indian/Kebab takeaways, Dry Cleaners and Launderette and a Public house within five minutes walking distance.
The Bus stop from the house is 3 to 5 minutes and include:-
154 to Morden and Croydon
S1 to Mitcham Banstead and Sutton.
S3 Worcester Park to Sutton Hospital
S4 Wilson School to St Helier Hospital.
470 to Kingston and X26 to Heathrow.
Sutton, Carshalton and Carshalton Beeches are British Rail Station within which go to London Bridge, Victoria, Clapham Junction and Wimbledon.
