Room in a Shared House, Fisher Close, NG17

A nice and sunny room with a seperate bathroom available for rent in Sutton-in-Ashfield. Pictures are not the best, but I have videos available of the room and the whole house upon request. It's in a shared house with only 1 other tenant. Gas and electricity bills would be shared between tenants, but everything else is included in the monthly rent, it's had a new boiler fit just a few months ago, so generally the bills are fairly low. It's a nice and cozy house with a garden and a conservatory. All the appliances and furnishings are already there for the shared part of the house, the room available however only has a couple of articles as seen in the pictures. References will be required from the current landlord and workplace.
