Can provide reference from last student tenant who joined us from Bulgaria for two years. 
Home is also occupied by two small dogs so must like dogs.
Pictures available on request, no negotiations on monthly rent, however, can negotiate cost for any months unoccupied for example if going home for summer etc. 3 months minimum stay.
