Your Room:
Spacious, contemporary double en-suite room. Double bed with plenty of storage underneath with orthopaedic mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers, have we missed anything? TV point so you can watch tv in the comfort of your own bed.

The housemates:
All young professional males aged 25-40 working around the Manchester area.

The House:
Snazzy, sleek and sophisticated. The modern kitchen is kitted with all mod cons including a large range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, washing machine, dryer and everything you would need to rustle up that perfect meal…..bring your own ingredients! Virgin Media Business WiFi upto 350MB throughout the house.

We thought about the living space and included cosy sofas, coffee tables and flat screen HD SMART TV for that perfect night in. We even thrown in USB charging points.

Complimentary Weekly cleaner for the communal areas and gardener.

Outdoor Living:
The enclosed garden with furniture is perfect to relax in and host summer BBQ and we even maintain it. Also comes with police approved secure bike storage.

Location:
The city centre, Salford Quays, Trafford, Sale & Altrincham are accessible from the house.
Buses are outside your doorstep and Streford Metrolink are just few hundred yards away to whisk you where you need to be while the M60 and A56 are within easy reach.
