Moving in with my girlfriend so have to say goodbye this very large room on Streatham High Road.
Room is 5m x 4m in a shared flat with two flatmates.
The room currently has a a sofa and double bed, I've set it up as two separate rooms so you have a bedroom and living room all in one! All furniture is included.
The kitchen is really nice with lots of storage. All the floors have recently been replaced and the bedroom carpet is about 6 months old. Bathroom is a good size and shower pressure is great.
There is no living room but it's never been an issue with a room this size. Flatmates are two professionals and we all get on really well and there are some great pubs nearby.
Rent hasn't changed in the 3 years I've lived there, hence it's a £630 +£80 bills (includes TV licence)
