Live in landlady with a good size double room to rent in a popular area in Stratford. We are a stones throw away from the wonderful Welcombe Hills and also a 10 minute walk from the town centre.

The room is available from 1st September and is available to Ladies only.

The room is light and spacious with one large window. (Room is offered as furnished, but we can discuss individual requirements if necessary).

The house has open, spacious, casual, comfortable, cheerful living areas with a shared kitchen and lounge downstairs. Also you get the shared use of a good size, well maintained garden. On the 1st floor are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom which has a walk-in shower and bath.

There is parking on the drive available, and additional parking along pavement outside is never a problem. The town centre is only a 10 minute walk away. There is a bus stop very close to the house, which runs regularly and goes into town.

The room is set within a family home and you’d be sharing the house with 2 lively, loving dogs, 2 cats who love a fuss and a chilled out bearded dragon.

There are 2 small local shops nearby, with Aldi and Tesco approximately 5 minutes walk also.

Included in the price are all bills, and the garden is maintained by the landlady. Please note that the house is kept clean and tidy, but help keeping it this way is appreciated.

Washing machine, oven, and microwave are all available along with your own fridge and kitchen storage space. There is high speed broadband throughout.
