We are looking for a nice flat mate who would be comfortable having the house all to themselves during the week. During the week you would have free run of the house including all its amenities. We anticipate only coming back on the weekends (typically bi-weekly rather than every week and typically on a Friday and Saturday night), and expect to use the top floor where we wouldn't disturb you.

The property itself is fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and all mod-cons, including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, gas hobs and oven. The living room has a wood burner. Your bedroom would look out on the river. The property has two bathrooms, one of which including a beautiful freestanding bath. It has a garden out front overlooking the river and a patio out back. It comes with its own parking space in a safe, closed compound and a bi-weekly house cleaning service.
