4 DOUBLE BED HOUSE TO LET 2019/20

This house had 4 double bedrooms to let and a single study room for all to use.

All the rooms are a generous size.

The 43" flat screen HD TV in the lounge is wall mounted for you to watch from huge comfy brown leather sofa and armchairs, perfect for chilling out.

The kitchen has the usual cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine but more importantly it has a dishwasher and the washer has a tumble dryer too; although there's a washing line as well of course so you can dry naturally, stay eco friendly, and save on your bills too!

Important safety stuff is all covered with hard wired fire alarms in every room, a carbon monoxide alarm and fire blanket in the kitchen and fire doors throughout, along with a triple locking back door, and double locking front. You also have a lock on every bedroom for your own privacy.

RENT

The doubles are all £60/wk each and the house is to be let as a whole.

STUDENTS

We understand that if you're renting as students then you are not always there over the summer so whilst the details state 10 month contract, we can do a 12 month if you would like to stay over the summer and you will only pay half rent in July and August.

Term time rent is paid quarterly in line with your loans, and summer time rent is paid in June.

Note that there is on street parking with permits.
