It is a beautifully modernised house, 15 minute walk from Royal Stoke Hospital, near to local shops, pubs and cafes. All bills are included in the rental price and include the usual utility bills as well as superfast broadband (both cabled and wifi) and a regular cleaner. There is a TV in the communal kitchen / diner area and TV aerial sockets in each room. There is a lovely, quiet garden with patio for sitting out during the summer months. The house is in a great location - near to all local amenities and public transport yet quiet and spacious.

What about the bathroom and kitchen?
There are two bedrooms that don't have an ensuite that will share a luxury shower room. The other rooms all have their own luxury fully-tiled ensuites with power showers. The house is centrally heated and has plenty of hot running water!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large cooker and hob, 2 x fridge/freezers, microwave oven, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and storage space. We want to make it as easy as possible to move in and live, so we also provide a set of pots and pans and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house.
In addition there is a utility room where you’ll find the washing machine, tumble drier, vacuum cleaner and iron and ironing board . There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need!
What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?
We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, in exceptional circumstances we will consider shorter lets.
Do you accept DSS tenants?
No, we only accept people who are working professionals for our properties or those on internships. References and background checks will be required on application.
Do you accept pets?
No, we do not allow pets. So you'll have to find another home for your pooch or moggy while you live in one of our houses!
