Beautiful, sunny, high standard furnished house available for next year. Available to a group or individual students.

The house actually looks nicer than the pictures but with tenants in situ we haven't been able to take better pictures yet. Check out the video. Since then we repainted the living room and remaining bedrooms.

The house has a large living/dining room with two sofas, dining table, and a wide screen smart tv. The kitchen has a washing machine, 2 fridges, large freezer, and plenty of cupboard space. There's a modern new combi-boiler with smart heating so you'll always have a warm house and hot water. The bathroom is recently re-done and very modern.

All the bedrooms have modern contemporary furniture. They're all doubles and have lockable doors for privacy when you need it.

The house is really well located. The yard literally backs onto the university! It’s a 6 minute walk to Stoke rail station, a 20 minute walk to Hanley and Keele University is just over 40 minutes by bus.

The listed price is the per student cost with all bills included. £1560 pcm for entire house. If an individual, please ask for individual room prices, given they're different sizes, it's not fair to charge the same amount for each room.
