I have to rent a three bedroomed detached house in a  quiet cul-de-sac in Talke Pits.
There is a front door to the side of the property on the driveway making it a very safe house as the door faces all the neighbours. Upon entry there is a little hallway with a WC to the left, starts to the right and a large living room straight on.
The living room is carpeted. Off that is a kitchen with fully integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and washing machine.
There is a set of large glass patio doors leading to a fully enclosed read garden of which the tenant will have full use of.
There is also a garage with the property.
Upstairs in one very small bedroom (nursery/office) at the top of the stairs, a larger second bedroom to the left, a large master bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet and a storage cupboard opposite that.
Finally we have the master bedroom to the front of the property complete with an ensuite.
I am not looking to make a profit on this house, I just want someone to look after it while I am away.
I want the tenant to feel at home in this property and to treat it as such.
Pets are considered upon a successful meet and greet with myself. Families welcome.
