- I am tidy, quiet, courteous and outgoing.
- I am a smoker, but don't smoke indoors.

- I have an additional single room that could also be included as part of the offer for an additional £200 pcm. (£1050 + Bills). It is currently used as a dressing room, but I would happily furnish to the preference of the individual as a private living room or study depending on the needs of the lodger. This would also mean that you would have sole and private use of the main bathroom.
