Room in a Shared House, Sitwell Grove, HA7

Our "green room" has become available. It is for single occupancy only - warm, clean, quiet, comfortably furnished, immediately beside a clean, tidy shower/bathroom. As it is at the back of the house on the first floor it overlooks our garden and it gets the sunshine through the window in the morning.

There’s a spacious kitchen/diner, where each of us have our own cupboards and refrigerator space and share cooking and laundry facilities, and also a downstairs loo.

It's a friendly house here - near corner shops and three bus routes to twelve tube/rail stations. There's unlimited wireless broadband. There's no off street parking though. We have two cats. They're calming and friendly.

Suitable for a mature individual with local work or ties in Harrow / Edgware / Bushey areas. We are all female at the moment, and ideally would like to keep it that way. So please note that it is unlikely you will be offered a viewing if you are not female.

My name is Linda and I’ve been involved in various local community and environmental groups, especially the extensive nature reserve which is right on our doorstep.

This room would be great for someone who likes walking in the woods, but not really for anyone who needs to spend a lot of time in Central London.
