Church Street  - Arguably the prettiest street in Staines, wth a pub/ a church and a park and river at the end of the road, 2 minutes from the 2 Rivers Shoppng Centre and Town CentreThe house is close to Staines town Centre, the river and the 2 Rivers Shopping Centre with easy access to the M25 / M3/ M40

Lovely park, River & canal walks within 2 mins
 
The house adheres to all Fire / Health & Safety & HMO Regulations and has a licence for 5 people. The rooms for SINGLE occupancy only.

PARKING.
There is parking in front of a garage on private land-Optional - Free 2 hr parking on street or permits available from the council  

Full Referencing/Credit & Identity Checks /Right to Rent will be undertaken. A Deposit equal to the room rental will be taken which is held with the National Deposit scheme DPS

Fiona Is a very attentive landlord. Anything the house needed she was quick at responding and replacing with no issues. The house is always well kept and good balance of being able to have privacy or socialise in the communal areas. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Cambria court and will miss being able to call it home!

I have lived at Cambria Court for over 3 years, and it’s been the best place I have rented so far. It does feel like home. It’s cosy, clean, bright. I especially enjoyed the large windows and the brightness in the house. Fiona is a great landlord, always taking care of things in the house. She goes above and beyond to make sure her tenants are looked after. Lighting up Christmas decoration and bringing some sweets for us were just a few of the many nice things she did for us. I am leaving this lovely place as I have taken a new job elsewhere but would gladly live here again! Highly recommended!
