The house is huge and underwent a complete refurb in 2015, so everywhere and everything is still fresh thanks to regular maintenance.

The rooms are large and all furnished in a modern style. They each have a lock and a TV aerial point, plus the house has WiFi.

The house is fully licensed with the council and meets all quality, health and safety regulations. I take my responsibilities as a landlord seriously and do things properly.

There is a very large split level kitchen which is over equipped with 2 x washing machines, 2 x tumble dryers, 1 x dishwasher and 2 x fridge freezers to make sharing the house as easy as possible. There is also a table and chairs to eat at.

Great location close to town and a supermarket. Courtyard garden and secure storage room. There is a communal lounge with couches and a TV. The house has two bathrooms and three toilets.

I am looking to fill the house with friendly and considerate tenants who will look after the place as if it is their own. In return I am an honest and fair landlord who will always be quick to solve any problems you might have at the house. I do not use an agent and you will only ever deal with me personally.

This is a professional houseshare and I only accept working tenants. I do not accept DSS / couples / children / pets in the houseshare. The house is strictly no smoking inside but there is an ash tray outside in the back garden.
