This advert is for the master bedroom. This room is very large, with a Juliet balcony and en-suite bathroom. 

The house is a young, professional house share. All other rooms are currently occupied and the house is quiet, friendly and well cared for. 

All rooms require half a month's rent as a deposit. 

You will also have use of a large, spacious kitchen, the snug living room and the huge patio area at the back of the house. There is also a utility room, which features a large washing machine and tumble dryer. The Kitchen features a dish washer, large American style fridge/freezer with an ice dispenser, kitchen island and plenty of storage space to go around.

Ideally looking for other young professionals, as the current tenants would hope to interact and socialise with the other housemates.

All bills are included, water, electric and internet. 

Each room has a bed with a mattress and some bedding to get you started. Each room also has a wardrobe. Any other furniture for the bedrooms is to be provided by the housemate.

Although in a village this is a lively area thanks to the Crazy Bear hotel and the Farm Shop being a stones throw away, so there are always interesting people coming and going in the area. There is also an M&S garage a 3 minute walk from the house, where you can buy food.

Good flexibility for showing you around the house, but evenings preferred. Tenants required to carry out a credit check and references.
