We're a friendly bunch and tend to socialise a fair bit, but also really respect giving each other space! There's 5 of us, and we enjoy getting together for movie nights and board games. And wine!

There's a lovely communal area with a huge TV, fully-fitted kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher etc) and a big garden out the back. We've got a patio and lawn, along with a raised sun deck with views over St George's Park.

We are on a quiet road just off Church road on the edge of St George's Park which is a huge open park with loads of space, tennis courts etc, trees and a lake. Gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence, and cleaner etc are included in rent so no worries about un-budgeted bills or increases.
Contract cleaners come twice a month.

Ideally looking for long-term tenant but will consider a short-term stay between mid-July and mid-September.
