I don't have a house of multiple occupation license sadly so can have a family or two single sharers. I live 5 mins down the road so I'm very quick to respond to issues. I will not be using an estate agent, I manage the property myself, I used to work in housing so it's not difficult!
We will sign a 6 month tenancy agreement initially, to roll on.
It’s a 1st floor, 2 bedroom maisonette flat in St George (right in front of Air balloon hill primary school). The main bedroom is large (attic), the 2nd fairly small (with double ladder bed and in-wall cupboard).

Rent doesn't include bills. When I lived there last year I was paying (2 adults): £50-£70pm gas&elec, £38pm water, £28 internet (to leave behind for you - runs out early Jan 2025), C tax £144 or £108 if single person discount. Total = £260-270 ish if no discounts
Free street parking. Buses 2 min walk. Tesco and co-op 4 min walk. GP surgery 1 min. Troopers hill 6 min
