Middle Cottage is fully furnished and has a large living space consisting of a living room with a wood burner and lovely leather arm chairs, a dining area with an original fireplace and french doors onto the back garden as well as a back room with a day bed. The kitchen is large and well equipped with a larder fridge freezer, a dishwasher, oak wooden work surface and a Belfast sink. There is also an oak wood kitchen table.

The bathroom is also large and has a rain shower with great pressure and a heated towel rail. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both look out over the beautiful front garden and has views across the fields.

The gardens are beautifully landscaped and there is an outhouse which is useful for storage.

The cottage is 5 mins from Balmullo which has a local shop and there are bus connections to St Andrews as well as Dundee. There is also parking at the cottage and wonderful neighbours close by.

Initially it will be a six month let with a  view to extend.
