The White Hart Spilsby is long established; well known and respected for its drinks, food, accommodation and function facilities. Operating as a Coaching Inn from the 1600’s it has been successfully serving travelers and the people of Spilsby from a prime location.

The initial required investment for this opportunity is £10,000 bond/deposit and approximately£10,000 for S.A.V.

It is most important that an experienced operator with a passion for excellence in hospitality and keen for success is approved for this lease. The White Hart Coaching Inn, Spilsby has a close stakeholder relationship between the property owners and the business operating lessee(s).

The leaseholder must pay rent, to be agreed, which may be a percentage of turnover, provide a confidential monthly income return and meet all other costs of the services providers. Initially, a six months contract is on offer which can then be extended by agreement.

Prospective lessee(s) are required to produce a business plan and cashflow forecast and will then be shortlisted.
