STEP 2: View the Property on Saturday 6th Jan at appointment time.  Please bring with you ID, your payslips/source of income and Right to Rent Documents if an overseas citizen.

STEP 3: If successful you will be offered the property on Saturday 6th. We will agree with you a moving in date. You MUST  be in a position to pay the deposit immediately by bank transfer. We have learned in the past that people who are serious about moving will have their deposit ready. If you do not want the property or do not have the deposit ready, we will move to the next suitable candidate.

STEP 4: On the day of moving in, we will meet you at the property, sign the contract, hand over all the legally required documents and take meter readings with you. We will countersign all documents together.
