Room in a Shared House, Southview Road, BN42

Hi,

I have a double room available in my newly renovated house in Southwick, Brand new kitchen, appliances, bathroom etc and the spare room has just been painted and brand new carpet laid. The room is fairly large and in a loft conversion with another spare room beside which is currently being used for storage it so it will be nice a private on that floor.

The room has built in wardrobes, chest of draws, desk/dressing table and black out blinds. I have a single bed that i am happy to either leave in there or remove, although the room would easily fit a double or even a king size bed.

The house is located close to Southwick Square, 1 min from the green and 1 min from Old Shoreham Road.
Apporx 5 min walk to Southwick train station and close to a few different bus routes. There is unrestricted parking on the street outside.

Current house mates are myself and my 2.5 year old and our big fluffy dog. Dog is a Samoyed (he's very fluffy and very friendly.)

Smokers welcome as long as you only smoke outside and clean up after yourself. kids & pets considered depending on the circumstances.
