The Location: Warrior Square is a picturesque garden square located in the very heart of Southend-on-Sea, being only 1 minutes walks from the main high street. Restaurants, bars, shopping, gyms and the cinema are all on your doorstep. The house is equidistant to Southend Central station and Southend Victoria station, with both only 7 minutes’ walk.

The House: The entire house has been newly re-developed and offers 6 fully furnished and all-inclusive studio rooms.

The house has two shared kitchens for use by all tenants. Both kitchens have a full sized electric fan oven, 4 ring electric hob, washing machine and sink.
The house also has a house Henry hoover for cleaning your studio room.

The house has a large shared garden at the rear of the property and bike racks for storing push bikes at the front of the property.

The Studios: All 6 studios are unique in terms of their size, layout and furnishing.

4 studio rooms have their own en-suite bathrooms, with the other two studio rooms sharing a bathroom on the same floor.

All studios have a small kitchenette with a kitchen sink, fridge with freezer shelf, microwave oven and 2 ring electric hob. All studio rooms also have a breakfast bar with bar stools for dining or working.

The studio rooms are fully furnished with a double bed and mattress, bedside table and bedside light, wardrobe OR chest of drawers with wall mounted hanging rail/s, artwork and blackout curtains OR blinds. Some of the studios also have a stylish cord bean bag OR two-seater sofa.

The Bills: Your rent covers the cost of all bills (gas/electricity, water, council tax, tv license etc) and includes Virgin unlimited superfast fibre broadband. There's a a professional cleaner for the communal areas every two weeks and a gardener on an ad hoc basis. The property has Hive installed to keep the house at the perfect temperature all year round. In short, everything is taken care of!

The Tenants: We only accept professional, tidy and respectful tenants. All 6 rooms are single occupancy, which means a maximum of 6 people will occupy the house at any one time. Unfortunately we do not accept DSS.
