A stylish and high spec Central Southend 2BR apartment with balcony located just off the high street and a stones throw from the pier, beach, central Southend station, university of Essex campus and all Southend’s amenities.

Royal Nest apartment is a fantastic base for business, pleasure or both. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table and chairs to enjoy a meal at. 55 inch smart TV with freeview and Netflix, fast WI-Fi and a dedicated workspace. 

We have a flexible bed arrangement where these can be arranged as 4 singles or king size doubles on request alongside a sofa bed in the living space. 

There is a public car park conveniently located directly behind our building and this is free after 6pm through till 8am

Royal Nest has been freshly renovated,  decorated and furnished to a beautiful standard and is ideal for business, pleasure, a short term stop gap whilst awaiting a purchase, insurance repairs or relocation or more

As a standard all luxury white linen, towels and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, hand soap etc are provided to make your stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. 

We have weekly cleans included within the rent as standard

Getting around couldn’t be easier:

15 minutes from the airport and hospital and a 5 minute drive from the A127 or A13 into London. Train to London in ~45 minutes. It really couldn’t be any more convenient. 

The Royal Nest has everything you could need for a home from home experience. The property is advertised in all short term rental sites but is just as appropriate for longer term bookings as it is a short holiday let

Contractors / shop fitters / builders and more - we have 4 beds and a sofa bed if needed. Fully equipped kitchen and living room and toiletries provided saving everyone money compared to hotels and giving so much more comfort

Insurance guests- if you have home damage and need a move in the area we can help. Parking is free behind the unit after 6 and for long stay guests we can book monthly parking ahead for a small fee less than 5 minute walk from the flat

Relocation- moving to the area for work or in the area seeing family for an extended stay? We have widescreen tv, Netflix provided, fast Wi-Fi, board games, easy parking and an amazing central location

Leisure- it’s bang in the middle of Southend and 5 minutes from the pier and beach what more could you need?
